NSF International

NSF International is an independent, not-for-profit organization accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)and the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) to provide GMP registration as well as dietary supplements, functional foods and sports nutrition product certification. NSF developed and maintains the only accredited American National Standard for dietary supplements - NSF/ANSI Standard 173. In addition, NSF certifies products to help ensure they do not contain any prohibited substances for athletes. These certification programs are recognized by NFL, NFLPA, MLB, MLBPA, PGA, LPGA and CCES. Founded in 1944, NSF is committed to protecting public health and safety worldwide. NSF is a World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Food and Water Safety and Indoor Environment.
