Mr. Shrikhande: The strategies behind true growth and allocation of budget for clinical research are always at the top of my decision-making list. We also want to grow profits by 15-20% in 2010 by engaging new customers in dietary supplements.

Mr. Shrikhande: In an economic downturn with the continued possibilities of future slower growth, how to increase revenues and profits by engaging new customers has to be the biggest, if not one of the biggest.

Mr. Shrikhande: As a president I am always ready to communicate with customers usually by providing key information that they can use for their competitive advantage. Mr. Shrikhande: I would invest at least half of it for future, donate to charities to help communities, give some to children, more to my spouse, and travel the world.
