National Food Starch Food Innovation has introduced Hi-maize Corn Flour 150 and Hi-maize Corn Meal 150, which deliver nutritional and functional benefits to food formulators while meeting guidelines for wholesome and natural labeling. Primary applications include extruded, puffed and flaked cereals, batters and breadings, and specialty baked products. National Starch’s corn flours and meals contain protein, fat and starch. Both products contain 50% insoluble fiber and are derived from high amyose corn.
