Sensient Colors LLC, a business unit of Sensient Technologies Corporation, St. Louis, MO, and a global leader in color for food and beverage applications, has announced that Sensient Food Colors Italy, Europe’s largest producer of grape skin extracts and anthocyanins, recently achieved International Food Standard (IFS) accreditation, version 5, for production of food-grade natural colors and vegetable concentrates. This achievement is the most recent example of Sensient’s global quality initiative to ensure customers receive products that meet or exceed industry standards.
