Nature’s Bakery, Reno, NV, is unveiling a new gluten-free line of fig bars to its snack food line.
The bars are made with ancient grains using a Smart Flour blend of teff, sorghum, amaranth and tapioca flours. The line is in the final stages of completing a Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO) certificate, issued by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG).
Four gluten-free fig bar flavors will be offered including: raspberry, blueberry, original fig, and pomegranate. The line is the latest addition to the Nature’s Bakery family of fig bar products.
