KODA Distribution Group, Stamford, CT, along with Marcor Development Corporation, Carlstadt, NJ, has made changes to its senior leadership team.
Hank DeWolf, current president of KODA Care has been named president of KODA Life Sciences.
Holly Daley has been promoted to executive vice president & general manager of Marcor Development. She will be responsible for managing Marcor's sales organization and operating teams, which include customer service and supply chain.
Sara Dorman has been promoted to director of technology & new business development for Marcor. In this role, she will provide routine technical and applications support to the company. By working closely with sales and customers Ms. Dorman will identify products that complement the existing portfolio. In addition, she will identify technologies that will enhance Marcor’s position in its operating divisions.
With this new senior leadership team in place, the company looks to enhance its business model with significant improvements in strategic focus, starting with the reorganization of the business into two operating divisions: Health & Nutrition and Microbiology/Fermentation. With this new structure in place, the company believes it will be better positioned to execute its business strategy, strengthen its market position in these divisions, and drive sustained growth.
“The decision underscores the organization’s commitment to delivering maximum value to customers, adapting the business model to drive the opportunities generated by a rapidly changing market, and enabling the workforce to perform at its highest potential,” said Hank DeWolf, president of KODA Care and KODA Life Sciences.
