Innophos, a global specialty ingredients supplier for the food, health, and nutrition industries, will present its latest in vitro findings on the benefits of chelated minerals at SupplySide west, at a breakfast brief on Wednesday, Oct. 30.
The brief will be led by Robert Finn, PhD, nutrition R&D director for Innophos. Finn will go over results comparing the company’s Chelemax magnesium products to magnesium oxide and other competing products.
“Innophos is leading the way in advancing the science of chelated minerals,” said Finn. “Our latest in vitro study confirms the superior absorption rates of Chelemax chelated magnesium. I am excited to meet with attendees and share our new findings.”
The company will demonstrate its three-step verification process confirming full mineral chelation. Visitors can meet with the Innophos team at their booth to learn how to ensure that minerals are fully chelated, and how chelated and organically-bound minerals can offer enhanced bio-accessibility and bioavailability compared to inorganic oxides. The company will launch a new whitepaper featuring the results of its latest research.
