Collagen could still be called an emerging market, because it’s growing at an amazing pace. According to NBJ, collagen sales grew an estimated 32% in 2018 and the market is rapidly approaching $200 million. Marketers and brands are futher segmenting collagen launches with collagen water, gummies, functional foods and “systems” combining an ingestible collagen with a topical counterpart.
