ChromaDex, Inc. has debuted a new spectral database to complement its expanding range of Botanical Reference Materials (BRMs). To make this possible, ChromaDex partnered with Cynthia Kradjel, principal of Integrated Technical Solutions, to develop testing and validation data with respect to the BRMs, phytochemicals, as well a selected amino acids and vitamins that have been verified for various applications in the contract manufacturing, dietary supplement, functional food, pharmaceutical and personal care industries. Such materials will be organized in a format suitable for use in conjunction with an NIR instrument.
