For 100 years, Virginia Dare has been providing brands with flavor formulations, and today, it has a greater focus on the functional foods and beverages segment. The company will showcase its capabilities at SupplySide West, while also celebrating its 100^th year in business.
 
“SupplySide West is the show for health and nutrition, and it’s the perfect symbol of where Virginia Dare is headed for our next 100 years,” said Philip Caputo, marketing and consumer insights manager at Virginia Dare. “At this year’s show, we’re toasting to our centennial and the many taste experiences we’re carrying into this new era of functional formulation.”
 
Show attendees can taste a menu of wellness- and nostalgia-inspired flavor concepts including:

Virginia Dare will be hosting a reception at its booth, featuring bellinis and a birthday cake made with Virginia Dare’s classic vanilla flavor. The celebration is open to all show attendees and will take place on Wednesday, October 25, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
