C. Gregory “Greg” Sowards has been appointed as regional sales executive – West Coast as a part PLT Health Solution’s natural products industry sales team. Mr. Sowards joins Morristown, NJ-based PLT from Chromadex, where he was most recently vice president of business development, responsible for global sales of laboratory analytical services and analytical reference standards and cGMP and food safety consulting. In his new role, Mr. Sowards will be responsible for solutions and business development with PLT’s supplement industry portfolio.  
 
Mr. Sowards has more than 30 years in the industry. Prior to his time at Chromadex, he served over a decade with Cognis Corporation (now BASF) as national key accounts manager and national sales manager.
