Givaudan Completes Acquisition & Delisting of Naturex

Company strengthens capabilities in natural solutions to meet demand for clean label, organic products.

Givaudan has acquired Naturex following the implementation of the squeeze-out procedure and the delisting of Naturex shares from the Euronext Paris stock exchange on Sep. 18.

The integration process has now formally kicked off and will continue over the coming months.
