Agglomerated Xanthan Gum

Xanthan gum is a bio-based hydrocolloid that helps to stabilize suspensions and prevent the sedimentation of non-soluble ingredients and to texturize products with minimal impact on mouthfeel.

However, hydrocolloids are demanding in processing, as they tend to form lumps at low shear rates. With our agglomerated xanthan grades, we offer a toolbox to overcome respective issues and improve the processability.
