Andrea Benson has been named the new country leader for NOW Health Group Canada and Puresource Corp., a natural products distributor within the business.

Benson began her nearly-30-year career in small private businesses and not-for-profit associations, working alongside the grocery and drug industries. She eventually worked with Maple Leaf Foods and High Liner Foods, in various marketing and business development roles in the retail, foodservice, and industrial sales channels.

She has a strong track record of building and leading teams, managing financial metrics, and driving profitability, NOW noted.

Andrea graduated York University and is actively involved in mentoring young professionals in the CPG industry and supports initiatives focused on sustainability and responsible sourcing.
