B&D Nutritional Ingredients, a privately held U.S. leader in the sales and distribution of specialty ingredient solutions with more than 25 years of experience and continual growth, has hired Don Nardini as the company’s new director of sales. Mr. Nardini has been in the nutritional supplement industry for close to 20 years. He began his career at Rexall Sundown as a buyer of raw materials. He continued his career at Vitacost, expanding his skill set as the director of supply chain. For the last eight years, Mr. Nardini transitioned from supply chain to sales. He was the director of sales at Arnet Pharmaceutical and Nutriforce Nutrition (Vitamin Shoppe). He helped attract many successful brands to work with. 
 
Mr. Nardini stated, “I’m very excited to part of the B&D organization. I believe they have a very strong team in place, and I plan to add to it.
