The National Association for Business Resources has awarded Bell Flavors and Fragrances as one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2015. This award celebrates companies with unprecedented Human Resource practices and dedication to their employees.

Bell was evaluated by an independent research firm based on 10 categories including Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection, Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.

In addition to the award, Bell was invited to an award celebration held on July 10. At the event, fellow winners were able to connect and network with one another in addition to hearing speakers from various companies including LaSalle Network and Harper College.
