FrieslandCampina Ingredients to Highlight Application Expertise with New Protein, Prebiotic Concepts

FrieslandCampina Ingredients, a supplier specializing in protein and prebiotics, will be returning to Natural Products Expo West to highlight its application capabilities through a variety of product concepts. Flagship ingredients, like Biotis Fermentis, Excellion caseinates, and more, will be featured in bars, ready-to-drink beverages, shakes, chews, and fast-melts, tailored to meet changing consumer demand.

Protein will take center stage at the company’s booth. With weight management emerging as a top priority for many, protein supplementation is considered a must-have for satiety and other health benefits. Citing IFIC research, 71% of consumers actively prioritize their protein intake, the company noted.

FrieslandCampina Ingredients will be featuring ready-to-drink beverage and bar concepts featuring its Excellion caseinate protein.

The company will also be featuring Biotis Fermentis bite and shake concepts. The solutions harness the benefits of prebiotics, proteins, and probiotic cultures by fermenting them together to target both muscle and gut health. Additionally, for those looking for new ways to capitalize on the growing interest in digestive health, the company will feature a new Biotis GOS prebiotic sparkling water.

There will be additional advanced supplement delivery concepts on display, such as gummies and fast-melts featuring ingredients such as Biotis DHA and Biotis Lactoferrin.
