Just Juice it Launches Line of Organic Juice Shots

Ireland-based Just Juice It recently launched its first line of cold-pressed juice shots, including a wheatgrass juice and two specialized health and wellness shots, a broccoli shot made from 4-day-old sprouted broccoli juice and a beetroot shot with added broccoli.
 
The wheatgrass shot contains a high chlorophyll content, while the broccoli shot is a strong source of sulforaphane that bolsters cellular antioxidant activity, and the beetroot shot is formulated for sports nutrition applications due to beetroot juice’s evidenced benefits to endurance.
 
Just Juice It ensures that the nutrients in its juice shots are preserved as much as possible by avoiding heat treatment and using a high-pressure technique to preserve the juices to ensure strong enzyme and phytonutrient content. The cold-pressed juices never reach temperatures exceeding 45 degrees Celsius, at which point enzyme activity stops.
