Premium ingredient supplier and distributor NutraShure Distribution, LLC announced its flagship ingredient, BIOMEnd, a patent-pending form of butyrate, is now included in two dietary supplements: Silver Fern’s Postbiotic+ and Beneve’s Xcelerate G3.

Butyrate is a four-carbon short-chain fatty acid that naturally occurs in certain foods and is produced by gut bacteria during the fermentation of dietary fiber.

Formulated as L-lysine butyrate, BIOMEnd, which launched in May 2024, is tasteless and highly soluble for easy formulation across a variety of supplement formats including powders, capsules, gummies, and more. BIOMEnd’s form allows for complete solubility in a liquid solution and ensures consistent dispersion and distribution, according to the company.

Silver Fern’s Postbiotic+ is an advanced gut health solution powered by BIOMEnd designed to support whole-body health. The supplement offers a comprehensive gut health boost by addressing both structural and immune aspects of an individual’s GI system. Beneve’s Xcelerate G3, also powered by BIOMEnd takes a holistic approach to gut and weight management with a synergistic blend of ingredients.

“BIOMEnd is reshaping the landscape of how we use butyrate in the market by opening the door to so many new potential innovative delivery forms that could not be done before, said Brandon Sojka, CEO and founder at NutraShure. “Postbiotic+ and Xcelerate G3 are two examples of how brands are leveraging BIOMEnd to create innovative formulations. This is just the beginning, and we look forward to collaborating with our partners to explore new applications and delivery forms in 2025 that redefine what is possible with butyrate.”
