PhytoGaia has obtained approval notification from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for four ingredients: TocoGaia, STGaia, CaroGaia, and TocoGaia Ultra.
 
The trademark registrations reinforce the distinctive nature of the brands, and will help to enhance the company’s protection of its intellectual property, PhytoGaia reported. The four ingredients “are integral to our mission of providing premium sustainably-sourced palm phytonutrients, supporting health and well-being.”
