PLT Health Solutions, Inc., Morristown, NJ, has appointed Seth Flowerman as executive vice president and Devin Stagg as vice president, strategy and business development for the company. The appointments reflect the role that each has played in the growth of the company as a science-based, market-focused supplier of ingredient solutions to the consumer products industry. The appointments are consistent with the organizations initiatives to build its ingredient portfolio and offer a more comprehensive range of product development and ingredient marketing services.
 
Mr. Flowerman joined PLT in 2010 after his start-up, Career Explorations, LLC, was acquired. In his new role, he will run PLT’s corporate leadership team, oversee corporate strategic initiatives and manage strategic alliances. Prior to joining PLT Health Solutions in 2011, Mr. Stagg held positions in strategy and business development in several start-up companiesand as a financial analyst at Citigroup. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategy across a broad range of initiatives. 

In previous postings, Mr. Stagg was vice president at Career Explorations, LLC where he helped launch a new division and worked on initiatives that resulted in a 150+% increase in revenue within a 12-month period, contributing to the acquisition of the company by Dream Careers, Inc. He was then hired as senior business development officer at Dream Careers, Inc. where he served as primary advisor to the company’s CEO for strategic planning and worked on joint venture development, sales management and business processes. Earlier in his career, Mr. Stagg was an analyst in equity capital markets for Citigroup Global Capital Markets.
