Prinova Acquires Specialty Ingredients Manufacturer Aplinova
The Brazilian company, founded in 1987, specializes in foods, beverages, supplements, and personal care.

Prinova, a global supplier of ingredients and premix manufacturing solutions, has announced the acquisition of Aplinova, a Brazilian ingredient distributor in the food, beverage, supplement, and personal care industries. The company was founded in 1987 and has experienced double-digit growth year over year since 2020.
Aplinova recently opened a new facility in Jundiaí, which includes an innovation center established to drive growth while meeting higher environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and sustainability standards. It currently focuses on natural flavors, customizable health and wellness solutions, and sugar reduction.
Prinova, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the NAGASE Group, has increased its footprint in Latin America in recent years. In 2023, the company took over the Brazilian citrus oil processor Flavor Tec.
