RSSL Launches Dietary Supplement Testing Service

The new platform offers clients a one-stop experience with personalized customer service, overnight logistics, and a digital project management hub.

RSSL, a UK-based food and pharmaceutical contract research organization (CRO), has launched a new dietary supplement testing service to support clients across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain functions to meet regulatory and quality requirements.

RSSL’s new platform includes a suite of analyses, ranging from Supplement/Nutrition Facts testing to novel ingredient evaluation, applications, manufacturing, and regulatory support. It is designed to ensure accurate results with a dependable project delivery. The validated testing methods can detect, quantify, and evaluate a wide range of nutritional ingredients throughout their lifecycle. RSSL also offers customer service, overnight logistics, and a digital project management hub to enable them to confidently meet their project timelines, the company noted.

“We know that speed, problem-solving, and knowledge are key when it comes to dietary supplements testing,” said Mark Wilson, head of food sales at RSSL. “Ingredient, formulation, and packaging innovations, along with updated legislation and new processing techniques, are constantly changing the scope of analysis that must be carried out, both in terms of new and existing products. The launch of our new platform answers these concerns by providing a one-stop-shop for dietary supplement testing.”

“Development of our new capabilities has been achieved by expanding our already extensive analytical expertise through key strategic partnerships that complement and strengthen our service. At the same time, we have built a reliable logistics network across Europe to accelerate timelines for faster product release while maintaining competitive pricing. These are exciting developments, and we look forward to working with clients to ensure their products are innovative, safe, compliant, and of the highest quality,” Wilson continued.
