Gummy supplement manufacturer TopGum Industries launched Gummiotics, a synbiotic gummy supplement featuring pro- and postbiotics bound in a patent-pending prebiotic fiber-based matrix.

The gummies contain no added sugar and are designed to provide gut health benefits in one gummy. They come in natural orange and strawberry flavors and colors. The company will showcase Gummiotics at Vitafoods Europe on May 20-22^nd at booth 3F234.

Each 3-gram mandarin slice-shaped gummy contains one billion CFUs of the spore-forming probiotic Bacillus subtilis DE111, and 34 mg of the postibiotic Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis BPL1. Each gummy has a 60% prebiotic content based on the matrix. The patent-pending Gummiceuticals delivery system is based on a blend of plant-based fructooligosaccharides (FOS) which have sweetening properties and exert a prebiotic effect.
