Vit-Best Nutrition, a Tustin, CA-based contract manufacturer of nutritional supplements, has appointed Jeffrey Stallings as its new president. With over three decades of experience in the dietary supplement industry, Stallings has a track record of managing large client accounts, spearheading innovation and R&D initiatives, and leading sales operations, the company said.

As president, he will oversee the expansion of Vit-Best’s business development initiatives and manage all aspects of operations, including the company’s facilities, manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance.

With over 40 years of experience managing businesses of various sizes, Stallings has held positions at Univar USA, MeriCal Distributors, and Vita-Pak, where he focused on improving efficiency, streamlining processes, and increasing revenue. Previously, he served as president of MeriCal, guiding the company through three major mergers, and enhancing its competitive position.

Stallings is an active leader in the industry, currently serving as chairman of the board of the Nutrition Industry Association (NIA West) and previously as a board member of the Drug, Chemical & Associated Technologies Association (DCAT).
