Triarco has launched its latest weight management product, Nopalean, a concentrate from the leaves of the prickly pear cactus (Opuntia Ficus Indica). According to the company, the weight management component appears to be associated with the product’s fiber content. This particular fiber has been shown to have the ability to bind with fats rendering them virtually indigestible. Nopalean contains 350 grams of this fiber in every kilo.
