Wiley Companies Appoints Steve Dillingham Senior Vice President of Global Ingredients Sales

The ingredient supplier also appointed co-founder and executive chairman David Wiley to the role of CEO.

Wiley Companies, an Ohio-based custom chemical and ingredient manufacturer known in the nutraceuticals space for its AlaskOmega and Wiley’s Finest line of omega-3 supplements, has appointed Steve Dillingham to lead global ingredient sales and marketing efforts for the AlaskOmega brand, as senior vice president of global ingredients sales. Dillingham will also oversee sales and marketing efforts for the company’s new plant sterol brand, NovaPine.  Dillinham’s most recent position within the company was president of sales for the AlaskOmega brand.

“It has been an exciting journey to see AlaskOmega grow and evolve, and I am honored to be selected to lead our global ingredients sales into the future,” Dillingham said. “In the face of the global pandemic our full U.S. supply chain was a significant advantage. It allowed us the ability to serve our customers by limiting many of the supply disruptions others were experiencing.”

Additionally, the company announced that it has appointed co-founder and executive chairman David Wiley to the position of CEO for the organization’s Wiley Ingredients operating company.

“It’s a blessing to continue to lead the organization, and most especially to have the opportunity to mentor and groom our talented leadership team for the future,” David Wiley said. “The past decade has brought substantial growth for our company, and we are committed to adding resources, efficiencies, and capacity upgrades to meet our customers’ increasing demands.”
