TSI Health Sciences, Inc. (TSI), Missoula, MT, has obtained patent #7,629,329 for its sports nutrition ingredient PEAK ATP.

The new, broad patented claims cover methods for increasing muscle strength and muscle mass through oral supplementation of ATP, as well as steps of administering an effective amount of ATP. The announcement was made by Larry Kolb, president, TSI U.S. Operations.

“This newly awarded patent grants TSI extensive protections for PEAK ATP as a sports nutritional ingredient through a wide range of dosing forms,” he said. “TSI is excited about the enhanced protection this patent brings to the company’s fast growing sports nutrition customer base.”

TSI’s patent covers ATP use alone and in combination with a wide variety of popular sports nutrition ingredients.
