UAS Laboratories, Inc., Eden Prairie, MN, has acquired all outstanding shares of APN Labs, Inc. to become the sole owner. APN Labs, Inc. of Wausau, Wisconsin, USA, is a leading contract manufacturer of nutraceuticals for quality-conscious companies seeking to develop or maintain name brand products. APN Labs has its own condition-specific probiotic blends as well as other ingredients. 


With its innovative technology, APN Labs has become a leading nutraceutical manufacturer and has been operating in the USA for the past ten years. The facility and equipment meet the strict FDA and state health department requirements as well as the current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines. APN Labs is also kosher certified.
