Blue Bell Creameries LP has named Mérieux NutriSciences its partner for food safety related services. In recent months, Mérieux NutriSciences has assisted Blue Bell with its food safety and quality programs, ranging from in-plant consultation, laboratory testing services, research studies and environmental monitoring program design. 

Blue Bell will also be utilizing Mérieux NutriSciences’ EnviroMap Software in each of its three dairies. EnviroMap is a state-of-the-art software solution which allows Blue Bell to manage, monitor and track the microbial environment within a production site.

Blue Bell Ice Cream has enjoyed a tradition of producing high-quality products over its celebrated 108-year history. The ice cream manufacturer ranked among the top U.S. ice cream sellers at the start of 2015.
