Bell Flavors and Fragrances Named a Top Company to Work For in 2015

The National Association for Business Resources named Bell one of the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.

The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has awarded Bell Flavors and Fragrances as one of 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work Forin the country in 2015. Earlier this year, Bell Flavors and Fragrances was presented the award for one of Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.
 
This award celebrates companies with unprecedented Human Resource practices and dedication to their employees. Bell Flavors and Fragrances was evaluated by an independent research firm based on ten categories including compensation, benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention; employee education and development; recruitment, selection, orientation; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives; and strategic company performance.
