Elyse Lovett Joins Nutrition21 as VP of Marketing

Her experience includes science and marketing in ingredients used in nutrition, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.

Ingredients supplier Nutrition21 recently announced the addition of Elyse Lovett as vice president of marketing.
 
Lovett has a background in science, as well as 10 years of experience marketing ingredients to manufacturers in the nutrition, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. Most recently, she worked with Kyowa Hakko as a senior marketing manager, and has also spent several years with AAK (AarusKarishamn) and Novartis in marketing and sales positions.
 
Over the past six years, Lovett has taken an active role in various dietary supplement trade organizations, including the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) and the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). She has also given presentations at SupplySide West and ISSN. Most recently, she gave a presentation related to marketing trends and health benefits of ingredients during the 2019 Neurosports Conference.
 
Lovett’s educational background includes an MBA degree in marketing and Master of Science degree in clinical nutrition from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), as well as a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and nutrition from Rutgers University.
