EverGrain, LLC, a company which makes ingredients based from upcycled barley, recently announced a partnership with Bright Future Foods, a company which recently launched its first climate-positive snack (Airly Oat Cloud Crackers), to create a supply chain for innovative food products with a focus on sustainability challenges. EverGrain was recently backed by Anheuser-Busch’s sustainability-based incubator program, and Bright Future Foods is backed by Post Holdings.
 
The collaboration comes from tow of the world’s leading food and beverage companies with a legacy in St. Louis, which have made commitments to leading food innovation from a sustainability perspective. This collaboration comes less than a month after EverGrain announced a nearly $100 million investment in the transformation of the St. Louis-based Stockhouse 10 building on Anheuser-Busch’s St. Louis campus into its North American headquarters.

Products developed within the climate-positive collaborative platform will be formulated using EverGrain’s circularly sourced barley protein and fiber and Bright Future Foods’ climate-positive oats.
