BEE&YOU, a company specializing in natural bee products, launched a Propolis and Vitamin C Shot, which offers an ingredient combination formulated for immune and energy support, as well as helping consumers fulfill essential daily nutrient requirements.
 
The shot is packaged in a single-use bottle, and contains 500 mg of Anatolian Propolis, 100 mg of vitamin C, 1,000 IU of vitamin D3, and 10mg of zinc.

Propolis is a natural product that bees gather from plant stems, leaves, and buds, and has been studied for its anti-bacterial and antioxidant effects. It kills germs inside the hive, and keeps a bee colony healthy. The main function of propolis for bees is to provide and maintain an antiseptic environment in the hive. Honeybees use propolis for protecting larvae and themselves against microorganisms and use it as a source of disinfectant in the hive. It also boasts a rich content of flavonoids and phenolic compounds.
 
The propolis used in BEE&YOU’s shot is sourced from Anatolia, a region between Europe and Asia. According to BEE&YOU, the biodiversity of the region contributes to more nutrient-rich propolis, pollen, and nectar foraged by bees. Upon testing over hundreds of different propolis throughout the world, Anatolian propolis is higher in antioxidants, especially phenolics and flavonoids, according to the company.
