Australian biotechnology company Marinova has received an Innovation award at Australia Organic Limited’s eighth annual award ceremony. This year’s awards featured two new categories, Brand of the Year and Innovation, to recognize producers introducing new organic products.
 
Marinova develops high-purity fucoidan extracts and exports its products to more than 35 countries. Fucoidans are bioactive compounds found naturally in brown seaweed. Fucoidans have been studied for benefits to immune function, gut and digestive health, and healthy aging.
