Ritual Enters Beauty-From-Within Market with HyaCera Supplement

The once-daily product features a nested capsule-in-capsule technology as well as clinically studied doses of Ceratiq ceramides and Hyabest hyaluronic acid.

Ritual has launched a daily skin-hydration supplement, HyaCera, which features two clinically-studied ingredients shown to hydrate skin after 90 days of use and help minimize fine lines and wrinkles. The once daily capsule can be incorporated into daily routines, morning or night, with or without food.

HyaCera features a nested capsule-in-capsule technology designed to help maintain ingredient integrity of the 2-in-1 formula, acting as a barrier system to keep the inner dry ingredients separated from the outer oil.

In the outer portion of the capsule is a clinically studied 350 mg dose of Ceratiq, a sustainably harvested wheat oil extract shown to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and promote smooth skin. Ceratiq is a natural, vegan source of ceramides, a class of lipids known as “the skin’s natural sealant.”

Within the inner capsule is Hyabest, a bio-fermented, hyaluronic acid with a lower molecular weight clinically studied for skin support at the 120 mg dose.

The ingredients in HyaCera, Ceratiq and Hyabest, have been shown in published clinical studies to support hydrated skin after 90 days of use. “We’re also conducting a clinical trial on Hyacera with a major research organization to support the efficacy of the final product,” Ritual noted.

The product also features a “moisture-control bottle technology” to help protect the stability of the ingredients.

HyaCera is “Made Traceable” and non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free*, soy-free, sugar-free and made with no artificial colorants. It’s also third-party tested for heavy metals and microbes.

To make the capsule an even more enjoyable experience, Ritual has introduced its new scent tab, a food-grade tab infused with vanilla oil.

* Ceratiq is a wheat oil extract composed of glycolipids and ceramides. The wheat has been processed to meet FDA requirements for gluten-free foods.
