Blueberry is currently in high demand with product developers due to its sweet flavor, high antioxidant value and nutrient-rich profile. NP Nutra’s organic Blueberry juice powder is produced using a unique light wave drying technique to preserve the most color, flavor and quality of the fruits. Known for its preserving qualities, Lemon juice powder (organic) is widely used in the marketplace.
