At Vitafoods Nexira presented its latest results on EnoSTIM, the company's natural male enhancer. EnoSTIM is a proprietary synergistic formulation of active ingredients, such as apple and grape polyphenols, enriched with saffron.

A new four-week study was conducted on 94 men aged 45+ (CEN Nutriment, 2017). Volunteers included men with sexual desire, who reported an Erection Hardness Score (EHS) between 2 and 3. Participants took two doses of 300 mg of EnoSTIM for four weeks. 
 
Results assessed by widely accepted questionnaires (EHS and International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5)), found: 

• 74% of volunteers improved their hardness score (EHS) after four weeks
• 72% of consumers have a better IIEF-5 score after four weeks
• 71% would recommend EnoSTIM in the satisfaction survey
• 66% were very satisfied and noticed better erections
• 58% were more confident to engage in sexual activity with EnoSTIM

The Nitric Oxide (NO) pathway is the cornerstone of the blood flow mechanism allowing penile erection. Improving NO pathway is a major means of increasing male performance, which is of concern for 52% of men between 40 and 70 years of age. ENOs (endothelial Nitric Oxide synthase) synthetizes NO, thereby directly relating to blood flow. In vitro and ex vivo studies have shown that Nexira’s proprietary formulation activates eNOs, which can increase blood flow by up to 50%.
