For more than a decade, Ashland has been on a journey of purposeful transformation. After the separation of Valvoline, a “new Ashland” was created—a company that is “always solving”—to be a destination for customers looking to use the power of science to transform the efficacy, usability, allure, integrity, and profitability of their products and applications.
With the acquisition of Pharmachem Laboratories, a leading provider of quality ingredients to the global health and wellness industries, Ashland is poised to enhance its position in fast-growing nutraceutical end markets and strengthen its food ingredient business by adding customized functional solutions.
“Great synergies are resulting from our acquisition of Pharmachem,” said Brian McGrath, vice president Health and Wellness, Ashland. “Customers and prospects should visit with us at Supply Side West to experience how our technical skills, in combination with the formulation and processing expertise of Pharmachem, are delivering exceptional solutions in health and wellness. With our global footprint, we can serve customers around the world.”
During the Supply Side West show, Ashland, Booth 4963, is introducing four new products:
- Titanium-free coatings
- Organic coatings
- Organic binders
- Klucel Nutra Plus, a binder plus disintegrant plus filler
The company will serve several product samples including lime mint vitamin aloe water and more which showcase new, expanded capabilities.
