CoreFX Ingredients has launched CoreNhanced, a new optimization platform for nutraceuticals which combines established and emerging novel technologies to deliver nutrients in a taste-neutral, clean label powder form while optimizing stability and bioavailability.
 
The new platform leverages pharmaceutical grade technologies and operates at cooler temperatures which can minimize nutrient degradation and energy consumption, while enhancing organoleptic qualities.
 
The platform can stabilize and protect high-value nutritional oils and sensitive bioactive molecules to ensure the highest viability. It is ideal for aqueous solutions like probiotics, postbiotics, and botanicals, preserving color, flavor, and bioactivity. CoreFX is also introducing a new line of omega powders powered by CoreNhanced, which includes EPA, DHA, ALA, and SDA oil from fish, algae, flax, and Ahiflower sources.

At its booth, CoreFX will introduce an electrolyte and omega beverage, an omega cookie, a plant protein shake with Ahiflower, and a DHA chew. CoreFX expanded its powder delivery capabilities earlier this year by acquiring Connoils, which specializes in advanced drying technology.
