Continu-Strip® Desiccants
Süd-Chemie Performance Packaging has launched Continu-Strip® desiccants that utilize sealing technology to invisibly splice continuous reels of desiccant packets. This new process eliminates adhesive tape, which was previously used to connect packet strips. The elimination of adhesive tape with “spliceless” continuous reels reduces packaging line downtime and further enhances the accurate high-speed insertion of desiccant packets into pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and other packaging applications.
