Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has expanded its range of soy isoflavone concentrates for use in food and food supplements with the addition of Novasoy 700 and Novasoy 200. Novasoy 700 contains a minimum 70% isoflavone content and is to be used for supplements and beverage applications. Novasoy 200 contains a minimum 20% isoflavone content and is to be used in fortified foods or food supplements.

In other news, ADM has introduced Vitamin E 230 Clear, a product that allows the user to meet the recommended daily value of vitamin E in any application without compromising clarity. Ideal for beverage applications, Vitamin E 230 Clear contains over 230 IU per gram and instantly disperses in water to form a stable and clear solution.
