Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has launched NutriSoy® whole bean powder, an all natural organic powder made from whole soy beans that can be used in dairy-like foods and beverages, in­cluding soymilk, soy beverages, ice cream, yogurt, cream cheese and sour cream. NutriSoy powder is made from whole soybeans that have been grown to retain the nutrition of the whole soybean, including fiber, protein and naturally occurring phytochemicals. Because it is milled to a microfine particle size, it is stable in beverage applications.
