Archer Daniels Midland Company, Chicago, IL, rolled out several new management appointments. Gregory Morris has been named senior vice president and president, Global Oilseeds. Vince Macciocchi has been named senior vice president and president, WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients. Mark Bemis, senior vice president and president, North America, has been named to the additional role of chief risk officer, and Chris Cuddy, president of ADM’s Corn Processing business unit, has been named a senior vice president of the company. The appointments are effective immediately.
 
Commenting on the appointments, ADM’s president and chief executive officer Juan Luciano said: “Our company is performing with strong momentum as we advance our clear and aggressive strategic plans. Today, we’re tapping these three leaders to accelerate value creation in key areas.

“Greg has been with ADM for more than 20 years and has worked in three of our four business units. He was a leader on our Oilseeds team for over 17 years, serving as president of North American Oilseeds for more than two years, and building our foods and wellness business before we asked him to lead the launch of our WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients business unit. As a leader, he is both disciplined and visionary, with a passionate commitment to his team and an exceptional sense of accountability for results. As he rejoins Global Oilseeds and works with the team’s strong regional leadership, I am looking forward to their delivering our ambitious scorecard of strategic actions.

“Vince Macciocchi is exceptionally well-qualified to take WFSI forward. He joined ADM with WILD Flavors following a 26-year career in the food ingredients business. During the launch of WFSI, he quickly impressed his ADM colleagues with the breadth of his industry knowledge and his strong customer focus. Vince served as WILD’s North American chief operating officer before being named ADM’s global president, WILD Flavors. With significant synergy wins already accomplished and a strong pipeline to advance, WFSI is going strong, and I am extremely pleased that this highly experienced ingredients leader will now accelerate their progress. With this appointment, Vince will join the company’s Executive Council and be part of senior level discussions on corporate performance and strategy.
